Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Therapist/Clinician to join our team. As a Therapist/Clinician, you will provide remote mental health services to clients, offering therapy sessions, counseling, and support to individuals seeking assistance with various mental health concerns. You will utilize your clinical expertise and therapeutic skills to deliver high-quality care and support clients in achieving their treatment goals.

I. Responsibilities

  • Client Assessment and Goal Setting:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, strengths, and goals.

    • Collaborate with clients to establish personalized treatment plans and measurable goals for mental wellness.

  • Virtual Coaching and/or Therapy Sessions:

    • Provide virtual one-on-one sessions to clients using secure video conferencing platforms.

    • Offer empathetic and nonjudgmental support, guidance, and encouragement to help clients navigate mental health challenges and achieve their goals.

  • Progress Monitoring and Evaluation:

    • Regularly monitor clients' progress toward their goals and assess the effectiveness of  interventions.

    • Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Bridge the Gap:

    • Assist clients in identifying and modifying maladaptive behaviors, thought patterns, and lifestyle habits that contribute to mental health issues.

    • Encourage and support clients in making positive lifestyle changes related to nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management to promote holistic wellness.

    • If applicable, refer clients for additional complimentary services

  • Documentation and Record Keeping:

    • Maintain accurate and confidential records of client assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and session summaries in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

    • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality and privacy at all times.

  • Professional Development and Self-Care:

    • Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including continuing education, training workshops, and supervision, to enhance skills and stay informed about emerging trends in mental health care.

    • Prioritize self-care practices to maintain personal well-being

II. Qualifications

  • Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.

  • Current licensure or certification as a therapist or counselor (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD). OR proof of active supervision in pursuit of licensure. 

  • Experience providing therapy or counseling services to individuals with diverse backgrounds and presenting concerns.

  • Proficiency in conducting therapy sessions via telehealth platforms and utilizing technology for remote service delivery.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and cultural competence in working with clients from diverse populations.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic alliances with clients.

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development, self-care, and maintaining ethical standards of practice.

III. Compensation

  • We are proud to offer our clinicians a competitive compensation model where they receive 65% of their earnings. This means that for every session or service provided, clinicians retain 65% of the revenue generated, reflecting our commitment to fair and equitable compensation for their expertise and dedication to holistic health care.

IV. Work Environment

  • This is a remote position, offering flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to work from a location of your choice. Therapists must have access to a secure and private workspace conducive to conducting therapy sessions and ensuring client confidentiality. Approval for time off is not required for leaves of less than 2.5 weeks. However, clinicians must manage their own schedules with clients and ensure that treatment continuity is maintained during their absence.
