Steven Summersill has been a passionate trainer for 25 years, earning his first certification from The Cooper Institute in Dallas, TX, in 2007. He holds a corrective exercise certification through NASM and previously held a strength and conditioning coaching certification through NSCA. Steven has trained clients aged 15 to 75 across the U.S. and internationally. During the pandemic, he relaunched his popular Tone Zone class, training clients virtually worldwide. With a master’s degree in psychology and certification as a life coach, Steven combines fitness expertise and mental health principles to empower his clients toward lasting physical and personal growth.
